"Using MPower, we have created reports that have reduced what was previously a full time job (40 hours a week) of spreadsheet data entry to an automated process completed in just 4 hours. Daily financials, market mix, source mix and forecasting, are just a few of the reports we take from our MPower system," said Edward Kopp, Information Systems Manager for Windmill Inns and Suites.

Kopp continued, "The MPower system is also a wonderful marketing tool. We have used information to send out direct mail pieces to help encourage off peak visits, created our own source reports and automatically mapped them so that we could better identify feeder markets.
