A picture is worth a 1000
words-Windmill Inns' “In order for any hotel to satisfy the customer’s needs, management has to see things from the guest’s point of view” says John Cauvin, President and CEO. “Our Digi-goal process provides lodging managers and owners with a printed view of their hotel from the ‘other side of the desk”. Windmill Inns starts a lodging company’s services off by first touring the property with digital camera in-hand. Pictures are taken of items that may be in need of repair, better preventative maintenance or replacement. Images are also taken of items that may pose a potential safety challenge. These images are printed and provided to the property management and owners as a benchmark. Goals are established (by department) to correct any challenges that are identified. There is no charge for the initial Digi-goal visit (performed at the start of a contract). “This tool is valuable to ourselves as well as our clients. We use it as a team to prioritize and expedite those challenges that will have the most impact on guest satisfaction and comfort”. |
