Lodging
Unlimited-West provides excellent training programs for your staff.
We will customize training
to meet your needs or you may choose to take advantage of some of our
on-going programs. "Lodging

Whether they’ve been in the industry for years
or are new to the lodging industry, your staff will benefit from the “immersion
training” we offer.
Your staff administrator will spend a day with
John Cauvin (President & CEO) and his support staff at our Scottsdale
offices. During that time we will cover a variety of items ranging from
company philosophies to cost saving techniques and “case examples” of
challenges we have faced and resolved.
Your staff administrator will then stay at one of
the local Windmill Inns & Suites properties for the night. They
will spend their next day working with that property’s Manager. They
will visit and work briefly in various departments where the Manager will
discuss the daily operation needs and staffing for that department.
This “real world” experience will be very
enlightening. Your staff member will return with many insights. This
exposure to a successful hotel operation will encourage your
administrative staff member to “think out of the box”! Administrative
Assistance Program (AAP)
You may elect to have your property
administrative staff take advantage of our AAP. This program is simply a
way for your staff to discuss challenges or ideas with one of their
counterparts on our staff as needed. This “buddy system” provides a
way for your staff to express concerns or try out ideas on someone at the
same level of experience and responsibility as they themselves are at. By
doing so the decision making process gains the benefit of a “neutral”
yet qualified viewpoint.
