We
provides a variety of support services to our clients. The services chosen
depend on the individual client’s needs. Your property (or properties)
may benefit from a full management arrangement, with LUWI managing and
supporting all operations. Alternatively, your needs may fall within only
one specific area or set of areas.
Each management agreement may be unique. We
provide this flexibility to be certain that your TRUE needs can be met
without requiring you to accept additional products or services.
It is our goal to make certain that every service
we provide under contract is of benefit to your organization.
