JD King-Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Connecticut. As Purchasing Manager JD has negotiated national contract pricing to ensure least total cost while providing quality products and added value to our guests. A portion of his additional responsibilities includes Capital Expenditures, FF&E, EEOC Training, Facilities Maintenance, Annual Property Detailing, Policies-Procedures & Guidelines. Overseeing of maintenance and housekeeping departments. |

Ed Kopp-As Information Systems Manager Ed is responsible for all technology functions. These include Property Management Systems, Telephone Systems, Guest Technologies and Business Centers. He creates custom reporting tools and software applications. Ed performs Marketing and Graphic Design duties as well as Web Site Design and Promotion. He works directly with our technology vendors to get the best value from equipment purchases and support contracts. |

Kim Dasse-2 years as Windmill Inns & Suites staff member. Kim manages all Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits administration for Windmill Inns. Kim’s duties include guest satisfaction (Quality Department) and works directly with guests and staff to resolve issues as needed. She maintains the Comment Card Tracker™ database of over 25,000 (at the time of this writing) guest comment cards. Kim prepares quarterly Quality and Safety reviews for each property. |

Carrie Isgrigg-as Administrative Coordinator Carrie assists all departments in the completion of their duties in addition to many projects she operates independently. She is responsible for the distribution of "daily flash" reports to properties, weekly and monthly statistical reports to sales and marketing departments, processing of accounts payable, and is in charge of the Windmill Inns "Valued Guest Rewards"™ and "E-Club"™ programs. |

Camille Anderson-Camille performs financial analysis and Profit/Loss statements processing and distribution. She works directly with Merchant Services, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Night Audit staff. Camille is instrumental in reducing costs by maintaining a superior level of accuracy within all accounting functions. |
