Due to the fact that Framed products are made to order, once your order is confirmed, you will have 24 hours to cancel or amend your order. After 24 hours have passed since your order placement, we will be unable to accept cancellations.

Because of this, we ask that you consider your order carefully before you finalise checkout. 

We are more than happy to assist you, in any way we can, in the selection of your items. 


If an item is not up to the expected quality, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. We will need an explanation or pictures to describe the imperfections (we aim to send all our products as near to perfection as possible!) As soon as we have received the item back, we will refund the cost of the item to the buyer's account.

Framed prints can only be REPLACED if damaged in transit - no refunds on Framed prints. 

If your goods are damaged in-transit or faulty, please notify us asap. Please keep all the packaging material until you are satisfied with the goods, and we will arrange to have the item(s) returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you on a convenient date.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
